Refund policy

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we canā€™t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • ForĀ InternationalĀ returns, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we canā€™t offer you a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached, It must also be in the original packaging
  • Shipping labels related to returns must be paid by the customer.Ā Ā 
  • Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
  • International refund label costs will be paid by the client.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Final sales and pre-order items cannot be returned.
  • Custom-made and pre-order styles are final sale, not eligible for return or exchange.Ā 
  • Additional non-returnable items:
    Gift cards and Handmade products
  • No Returns/Exchanges on Sale items.
    Only regular-priced items may be Returned/Exchanged.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, once we receive your items we will refund your money back.

  • Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youā€™ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
    If the item wasnā€™t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
